This Gives New Meaning To The Words ‘Veggie Bed’!

It’s not a new idea to use an old bed frame for a garden bed, but this one is particularly delightful. It turns someone else’s trash into a productive and pretty front yard treasure.

The garden bed is displayed like a bedroom, complete with a side table. It’s planted with lots of herbs and veggies and nasturtiums.

The riot of colour (pinks, oranges, yellows, reds) really give it zing. And notice how the herbs are growing in the side table drawer.

Rosemary is spilling out of the drawer and there’s a pot of chives beside it.

It’s creative, it’s functional, it’s frugal and I love it!
